Hi, I am Alister (Ali) Stanton, operating the Franklin/North Waikato area for the What's Up House Inspections group.
A bit about the current situation we find ourselves in.
We are now working under Covid-19 Level 2. This will not differ for us too much from what we have been doing under Level 3 and we wil continue to use our PPE, gloves, sanitiser and masks as required when performing our house inspections.
All inspections will still be performed to NZS4306, which is the standard for house inspections in New Zealand.
I am a Trade Qualified Builder/LBP, I hold a BOINZ Accredited Building Surveyor qualification and have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance in place for your peace of mind.
There is now even more need to get an independent review of any property you are thinking of purchasing, as open homes will still be limited to Covid 19 risk and vendor's requirements, which will make it sometimes difficult to view the property completely.
What's Up House Inspections can visit the property and compile a complete written report with full colour photos for you to peruse in the comfort of your own home, prior to making that very important decision.
We encourage you to call back with any questions after you have read the report in full, as this is all part of our service.

Our reports are very acceptable to all Banks, Solicitors, Brokers and other lending institutions due to the high quality of the report, an important point to consider when other reports can be turned down by Banks due to not meeting an acceptable standard. After all you only want to pay for the report once.
